Challenge

The client faced significant variability in leadership effectiveness and inconsistent team performance across major business units. These gaps were undermining execution, ownership, and accountability, impacting both project delivery and cultural cohesion. Specifically: variable operational performance and execution discipline across operating companies (Great Performance); limited collaboration and learning transfer between business units and functions (Great Learning); and inconsistent engagement levels and leadership climate within teams (Great Workplace).

Approach

Alteva partnered with the client to co-design the Accountable Leadership Program, a vertically structured initiative targeting mindset, behaviour, and system-wide leadership language. The program combined the LGP360 assessment, self-paced digital learning, structured 1:1 coaching, and team workshops. It focused on embedding One Big Practices, developing values-driven leadership, and enabling high-trust team conditions.

Solution

Over 150 senior leaders across the group completed Alteva's six-module Leadership Growth Accelerator program. The program delivered vertical leadership maturity, stronger peer alignment, and clear behavioural shifts at scale. Supported by the Triple Goal Growth Platform, it provided practical tools and rhythms that embedded real-time change across teams and business units. The program was piloted, iterated, and scaled across business units based on measurable shifts in performance, accountability, and safety culture.
