Campbell is the founder of Alteva and a strategic partner to high-performance organisations navigating culture, leadership, and accountability challenges at scale. With over two decades of experience, including ten years as an HR executive, Campbell brings deep expertise in vertical leadership development, team transformation, and psychological safety.
He has led enterprise programs across construction, infrastructure, legal, energy, and government sectors, partnering with organisations such as CIMIC, Woodside, and NBN Co to shift how leaders show up, how teams perform, and how culture drives execution.
Campbell is a certified Level 2 IECL coach, a specialist in 360 feedback and psychometrics (LGP, Hogan, LCP, Saville, DISC), and an accredited teacher of Vedic Meditation, blending strategic clarity with human depth. He's known for helping leaders get real, get clear, and get moving fast.

Grant is Co-Founder of Alteva and a seasoned leadership coach with over 25 years' experience spanning senior leadership, executive development, and awareness-based transformation.
With a background in executive management and a post-graduate diploma in mindfulness-based psychotherapy, Grant blends sharp commercial insight with profound human depth. He has guided thousands of leaders to shift unseen barriers, unlock accountability, and lead from clarity and presence.
Grant's work delivers results that stick, boosting profitability, retention, and engagement, while clients consistently describe the impact as "life-changing." A certified partner with Triple Goal and long-time practitioner of Nonviolent Communication, he brings rare emotional acuity and performance rigour to every room.
