When Benetas asked us in, the question was simple but the work wasn't: how do you teach a workforce of 1,500 carers, nurses and managers to have direct, honest conversations, without making it feel transactional?
We started with the leaders. 18 months of cohort coaching, 360 feedback and team practice sprints. The vocabulary shifted first, then the behaviour, then the system.
Psychological safety scores rose by 22 percentage points. The program is now in Year 3.
